Basic Krav-Maga Course *See Krav-Maga Requirements
This course is for whoever wants to learn the principles of the basic moves and techniques of the Israeli Military self-defense system. Its quick counter-attacks techniques make it the ideal defense system for unexpected situations like chokes, grabs, and strikes.
Training facilities: The course will be conducted at our Security and Anti-Terror Academy or in collaboration with our Security Academy partners.

Intermediate Krav-Maga Course *See Krav-Maga Requirements
This course is for Krav-Maga trainees that are looking to sharpen their Krav-Maga techniques beyond the basic training course. In addition trainees will encounter advanced techniques that involve defense against weapons such as guns and sticks.
The duration of the course is 5 days.
Training facilities: The course will be conducted at our Security and Anti-Terror Academy or in collaboration with our Security Academy partners.

Advanced Krav-Maga Course *See Krav-Maga Requirements
This course is for advanced Krav-Maga trainees that want to broaden their knowledge and skillsets learned in previous levels. Trainees will encounter higher threat defenses, deal with multiple opponent attacks, and learn more advanced ground fighting skills.
Training facilities: The course will be conducted at our Security and Anti-Terror Academy or in collaboration with our Security Academy partners.

Civilian Krav-Maga Instructors Course *See Krav-Maga Requirements
This course is for Krav-Maga trainees that are looking to extend their knowledge and become instructors. The course curriculum includes advanced ground fighting, advanced self-defense and all weapons defenses. This course is in co-operation and jointly certified with a Leading Academic Institute in Israel.
Training facilities: The course will be conducted at the Leading Academic Insitute in Israel.

Professional Krav-Maga Courses
Tactical Krav-Maga for Personal Protection Instructors Course *See admission terms
This course is an advanced course of the Civilian Krav-Maga Instructors Course and deals with third party protection regarding of: advanced ground fighting, advanced self-defense and all weapons defenses.
The course is in co-operation and jointly certified with the Anti-Terror Security Academy and held on their premises.

Law-Enforcement Haganah Atzmit Instructors Course *See admission terms
This course is for Law-Enforcement officers. By teaching our highly effective Krav-Maga techniques and tactics enables the officers to deal with various attack scenarios and solve problems under stress.
The program develops the trainee's logical thinking thus enables practical technique practice and actions which features simple body movements.
The course is in co-operation and jointly certified with the Anti-Terror Security Academy and held on their premises.

Military Krav-Maga Instructors Course *See admission terms
This course is designed for 3 target groups: Military Instructors, active members of the Military units and existing IKMA Instructors who wish to extend their knowledge (Military CQC Instructors with no Krav-Maga background must pass an additional 5 days course).
The program simulates real threatening scenarios: armed or unarmed, alone or in a team and in close quarters or in open spaces.
The course is in co-operation and jointly certified with the Anti-Terror Security Academy and held on their premises.

Successful Completion of Course

A trainee successfully will complete a course when meeting the criteria of each phase and by passing its final physically skills and teaching abilities examinations.

The trainee will receive a signed and sealed certificate after successfully completing the course.
Krav-Maga Requirements

Minimum age of 20.

Two years of Krav-Maga training OR four years of other martial arts/boxing/kickboxing training etc.

Good punching and kicking skills.

Relevant teaching experience or certifies teaching conversion course OR pass the entry test.

Physically and psychologically healthy.

Proof of clean criminal background.

The ability to fully fund the course.
Admission Terms
To enlist to "Tactical Krav-Maga for Personal Protection Instructors Course", "Law-Enforcement Haganah Atzmit Instructors Course" and "Military Krav-Maga Instructors Course" the trainee must successfully pass the following courses: "Basic Krav-Maga Course", "Intermediate Krav-Maga Course", "Advanced Krav-Maga Course" and "Civilian Krav-Maga Instructors Course".
Physical Fitness Requirements
Our courses are physically demanding. We urge you to make sure you can perform the following tests (this is mandatory for our Professional Courses):

3Km run - 15 minutes or less.

Pushups - 20 or more (within 2 minutes, shoulder width).

Sit-ups - 30 or more (within 2 minutes, elbow touching opposite knee, feet on mat, fingers touching).

Hang-ups/chin-ups - 4 or more (strict palms facing away).

Squats - 20 or more (weighted 20Kg/44 pounds).
