Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are an integral part of your offer to study at IVA Institute and should be read carefully before you complete and sign the student application form.

 

  1. IVA Institute is an accredited* international private university located in Israel, which provides degree programs, and certificate programs and courses in the fields of security and Krav-Maga/martial arts administration. The Institute is registered as a private Higher Education Institute and Security Academy.
     

  2. In order to be considered for one of our programs at IVA Institute, you must complete the online application form and submit it to us with all required documentations. If your application is accepted, you will receive a written offer letter and invoice for the term periods of your studies by e-mail. To accept your offer, you are required to pay the registration fee via PayPal at the right paragraph in our Tuition page. Tuition fee is not refundable.
     

  3. All students must pay the total amount of a program’s tuition fee even if they decide not to continue their studies.
     

  4. If students have any complaints regarding the quality of their program, they must submit them to the Presidential Bureau.
     

  5. Students will only be eligible to receive Academic Diploma's and Security and Krav-Maga/Martial Arts Certification upon satisfactory performance, and completion of all required coursework.
     

  6. All students must follow IVA Institute’s internal regulations. IVA Institute reserves the right to impose sanctions including, but not limited to, termination of the enrollment of any student whose standard of conduct is unsatisfactory. There will be no refund of tuition fees in cases of expulsion.
     

  7. Students of the blended program Academic studies (combining security and Krav-Maga/martial arts courses) must meet a course satisfactory completion in order to meet the requirements of a combined Academic Diploma and Professional Certification.
     

  8. If a student wishes to withdraw from the program of study, the student must immediately inform the Admissions Office in writing.
